Rocket Hair Pro – Terms of Service
1. Introduction
These Terms of Service govern all sales made by Rocket Hair Pro Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”). By placing an order, you (“you”, “the customer”) agree to these terms.
2. Orders & Contract

A contract is formed once we confirm acceptance of your order in writing (invoice, order confirmation, or portal checkout).

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.
3. Pricing & Payment

All prices on the website are inc VAT unless otherwise stated.

Payment terms are as stated on your invoice or at checkout.

Goods remain our property until paid for in full.
4. Delivery

Goods are shipped via our logistics partner and delivered according to your order or college agreement.

Delivery times are estimates only. We are not liable for delays outside our control (courier delays, customs, strikes, etc.).
5. Risk & Ownership

Risk passes to you once goods are delivered.

Ownership remains with Rocket Hair Pro until full payment is received.
6. Returns & Faulty Goods

B2B sales: Orders are non-returnable except for faulty/damaged goods, which must be reported within 7 days.

Consumer sales (students): Returns are accepted in line with our published Returns Policy.

Faulty/damaged goods will be replaced, repaired, or refunded at our discretion.
7. Use of Goods

Our products are designed for professional training and education purposes only. They are not toys and are not suitable for use by children. We accept no liability for misuse.

We are not liable for misuse of products, including but not limited to chemical treatments, heat styling, or modifications beyond recommended use.
8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied.

We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses (including loss of profits, business, or goodwill).
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
