Rocket Hair Pro Returns Policy

1. Statutory Rights (Consumers Only)

If you are a consumer (not buying for business use), you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.

  • To cancel, you must notify us in writing within this period.

  • Goods must be returned in unused, resalable condition in their original packaging.

  • You are responsible for the cost of return postage unless the item is faulty.

2. Returns for Professional/College Orders (B2B Sales)

For colleges, salons, and other trade customers, our policy is different:

  • We do not accept returns for change of mind or ordering errors.

  • Faulty or damaged goods must be reported to us within 7 days of delivery with photos and details. We will arrange repair, replacement, or credit at our discretion.

3. Exclusions

  • We cannot accept returns of heads or stands that have been used, coloured, cut, or otherwise altered.

  • Items returned in non-resalable condition (e.g. damaged packaging, missing parts) will not be refunded.

  • Clearance/sale items are final and non-returnable unless faulty.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods and inspecting them.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.

  • Delivery charges are non-refundable unless goods are faulty.

    We’ll provide the return instructions and address.
