Rocket Hair Pro Shipping Policy
1. Order Processing

Orders are processed and dispatched by our trusted 3PL partner.

Stock is held in the UK, and we aim to dispatch promptly once payment is received.

For college portals, orders are grouped and shipped in line with the agreed delivery schedule with your tutor.
2. Delivery Methods

College Delivery: Most orders are delivered in bulk directly to your college. Orders will arrive ready for collection at your college (unless otherwise stated).

Home Delivery: If your course offers this option, your order will be shipped to the address provided at checkout.

Trade/Salon Orders: Shipped to the address provided on your PO.
3. Delivery Times

Standard lead time: 3–5 working days for in-stock items.

College portal pre-orders: delivered according to the college schedule agreed in advance.

We cannot guarantee delivery dates where delays are caused by couriers or circumstances beyond our control.
4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are displayed at checkout or included in your college portal agreement.

For bulk college deliveries, costs are included in the product price (as agreed with your tutor).
5. Damaged or Missing Goods

All deliveries must be checked on arrival.

Any shortages or damages must be reported within 7 days of delivery with photos.
