Rocket Hair Pro Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed and dispatched by our trusted 3PL partner.

  • Stock is held in the UK, and we aim to dispatch promptly once payment is received.

  • For college portals, orders are grouped and shipped in line with the agreed delivery schedule with your tutor.

2. Delivery Methods

  • College Delivery: Most orders are delivered in bulk directly to your college. Orders will arrive ready for collection at your college (unless otherwise stated).

  • Home Delivery: If your course offers this option, your order will be shipped to the address provided at checkout.

  • Trade/Salon Orders: Shipped to the address provided on your PO.

3. Delivery Times

  • Standard lead time: 3–5 working days for in-stock items.

  • College portal pre-orders: delivered according to the college schedule agreed in advance.

  • We cannot guarantee delivery dates where delays are caused by couriers or circumstances beyond our control.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are displayed at checkout or included in your college portal agreement.

  • For bulk college deliveries, costs are included in the product price (as agreed with your tutor).

5. Damaged or Missing Goods

  • All deliveries must be checked on arrival.

  • Any shortages or damages must be reported within 7 days of delivery with photos.

6. International Orders

  • Currently, we ship within the UK. For international orders, please contact us directly for options.
